Obligations
Due Diligence (DD): Customers of the Company must undergo a DD process, and records must be maintained.
Anonymous Accounts: Anonymous or "nominal" account records are not allowed. Existing anonymous accounts or those suspected to be using fictitious identities will be subjected to appropriate due diligence to establish the account holder's identity and legitimacy. In cases where account holder identity cannot be determined, the account will be closed, winnings canceled, and deposits returned or withheld if returning deposits is not feasible.
Duplicate/Multiple Accounts: Although some customers prefer to operate parallel accounts for segregating their gambling expenses, the Company will identify and link accounts that may belong to or be controlled by the same individual. The Company reserves the right to cancel additional or related accounts, cancel associated winnings, and return deposits to the rightful account owner.
Politically Exposed Persons (PEP): The Company must respond to any gambling attempts by individuals qualifying as Politically Exposed Persons, including those holding significant public office, having access to public funds, or in positions of influence. Risk-based assessments should be applied based on gambling value, scale, and customer location. Questionnaires should include inquiries to identify PEPs.
The Company retains the exclusive right to unilaterally reject clients' applications and/or terminate service provisions if the KYC policy is breached, without obligation to provide statements or explanations to the client.
